How will the local council develop the Arnside shopping area for businesses?

Despite being classed in the top 40 deprived areas in the city, things really look up for southmead. The area has just secured funding for new housing development, and they are going to continue to develop the buisnesses in the local area which they hope will see the retail side flourish.
