In this video, Nicole shows you how to make golden fried steak fingers. This recipe uses the strips of a boneless beef sirloin to make crispy steak fingers, which is the beef equivalent of chicken fingers. Marinate the steak strips in a mixture of beaten egg, buttermilk, grill seasoning, and flour. After coating the marinated strips with a dry combination of flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, freeze them for around an hour. Finally, fry them in oil until they’re golden and crispy. They’re tender, crunchy, and better than a chicken finger dinner!
