Karachi Seaview Road was closed in view of Cyclone Bipar Joy. According to reports, the sea water level has risen on Ibrahim Hydari, Manora, Camp Mount and Hawke's Bay beaches. At Hawke's Bay, sea water has entered the road up to Fish Chowk, while water has entered the population in Ibrahim Hydari. Apart from this, the land route from Karachi to Manora has been partially cut off while there is also a risk of urban flooding due to heavy rain in Karachi.
