With a high rate of female officers joining UN peacekeeping, Vietnam is helping to enhance the diversity in peace missions. Vietnamese women have taken different roles in the military and police forces and military field hospitals in Africa. Many say serving in the mission is an honour and a precious experience that they have in their career.
