Karahi Daal Gosht | Daal Ghost Recipe | Masala Morning | Shireen Anwar


Karhai Daal Gosht Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
-Mutton boiled 750 gm
-Gram lentil boiled 2 cups
-Oil ½ cup
-Onion sliced 3
-Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
-Chili powder 3 tsp
-Allspice 1 tsp
-Turmeric ½ tsp
-Roasted & crushed coriander 2 tsp
-Tomatoes chopped 4
-Green chilies chopped 4
-Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
-Cloves roast and grind 6
-Cinnamon stick roast and grind 1
-Black cardamom roast and grind 1s

METHOD :
Boil chana daal till just tender, fry roast the long, daal chini, elaichi and sabut coriander, grind to a coarse powder. Heat oil in a wok, fry onions until golden, add ginger garlic paste, fry for a min, add the boiled mutton, tomatoes, chili powder, salt and haldi, fry over medium heat for 15 mins, add in 1 cup water, boiled daal, green chilies, coriander leaves, allspice, leave it on dum for 10 mins, serve with paratha.
