Quake hits Cairns and Crafton on the east coast overnight

Two Australian cities have been shaken by earthquakes overnight. The first one struck at 10:15pm, 125 kilometres off the coast of Cairns and was one of the more powerful quakes this year at a magnitude of 4.3. The second struck just after 2am south-east of Grafton in New South Wales and was a little weaker at a magnitude of 3.1.
