Fraser Island’s name to be officially recognised as traditional Indigenous name K’Gari

Queensland's Fraser Island will officially be known by its indigenous name K'Gari in a historic move for the state. It means "paradise" in native language, and for the traditional owners, the name change has been a long time coming.
