It was a surreal moment when a gentle German Shepherd finally met her tiny human brother, and this heart-melting video captures it perfectly.
The mini-compilation showcases Marlie, the aforementioned doggo, as she becomes thrilled to bits upon her owner, Chelsea Milligan, introducing her to her newborn son.
"She had waited nine long months to meet our rainbow baby," Chelsea told WooGlobe. "She was desperate to give him all her special kisses and cuddles, having protected her mama through the entire pregnancy.
"In the videos, we have captured Marlie joining the baby for nap time, night feeds, morning cuddles, watching over him in the car, and his first bath."
The filmer further touted that Marlie has very quickly become her baby boy's best friend and that she cannot wait to see them grow together!
