There's new hope for a retired Sydney baker who was jailed in Vietnam after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said the government is trying to arrange a prisoner transfer. 73-year-old Chau Van Kham was sentenced to 12 years in prison on terrorism offences in 2019.
