Russia says its forces struck Ukraine's air defence systems protecting "key" military infrastructure in the pro-Western country. In a video briefing, defence ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov claims that "long-range precision-guided air-launched weapons" were used in the attack, adding that "all assigned targets have been hit."
