This video is designed to help you from the bottom up. With our fitness editor by your side, you’ll work through five exercises that have been broken down into three sections – pushing, pulling and core. Each exercise gets progressively more difficult, and the aim is to be able to nail each move (complete 10 reps of each) before going onto the next. Once you can complete all five exercises, you are well on your way to becoming a calisthenics pro.
