Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is preparing to deliver a major foreign policy speech laying out how Australia will grapple with intensifying competition between the United States and China amid rising military tensions in the region. Mr Albanese will give the keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue in front of US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, China's Defence Minister Li Shangfu and a host of senior politicians, officials and military officers.
