While Adkins gave a memorable performance, Killa's fate appears to be final, having fallen off a flight of stairs and showing no signs of life when John pulled out one of his teeth. The John Wick: Chapter 4 ending also implied that John died due to his duel against Caine (Donnie Yen) and the Marquis Vincent de Gramont (Bill Skarsgård). The film began with the Elder telling John that the only way he could escape The High Table was through death, but it is hard to imagine another entry without Reeves, so it is worth wondering if John Wick 5 will reveal his character is still alive.

Other characters who survived the events of John Wick: Chapter 4 include the Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne), Winston (Ian McShane), Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson), and Akira (Rina Sawayama). It is unclear who will actually return and what the movie's potential plot or timeline will be. When explaining his conditions for John Wick 5, director Chad Stahelski said that the stories for those characters would have to be good, but he would be interested in working on the next installment.
