Putin says Ukraine is seeking to 'frighten' Russians after unprecedented drone attack

Russian president Vladimir Putin says that Ukraine "has chosen a different path, the path of trying to frighten Russia" after Moscow and the surrounding region were hit by eight drones in an unprecedented attack blamed on Kyiv.
