India’s top wrestlers' protest against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is still going on. Wrestlers have accused Singh of sexual harassment. On May 30, the wrestlers arrived in Haridwar to consign their medals to the Ganges. However, farmer leader Naresh Tikait convinced them against doing this. The Indian wrestlers later issued a five-day ultimatum to the authorities to act against the WFI chief. On May 28, the wrestlers were pushed and dragged to the buses by the Delhi police as they marched towards the new parliament building to protest. Now, United World Wrestling (UWW) has issued a statement condemning the detention of wrestlers. Watch the video to know more.
