'There’s a challenge…': CDS Gen Anil Chauhan on PLA’s deployment along northern borders

Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan on May 30 addressed a press conference. He was asked about the PLA deployment along the northern borders.
He replied, “PLA deployment on the northern borders is not increasing day by day, it is at the same level as it was in 2020. So there is a challenge, and the armed forces are taking all kinds of steps so that there is no untoward situation...We have been able to get back to all places except 2-Depsang and Demchok, and negotiations are on.”
