TARI WALA MURGH WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
Onion grinded 2
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes blended 2
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
METHOD :
Marinate chicken with yogurt and salt. Heat oil, add whole spices 1 tbsp mixed with onion paste, fry for 10 mins, add all the dry spices, ginger garlic paste, blended tomatoes, cook till oil separates, add in chicken pieces, fry till chicken glossy, reduce heat, add marinade, fry well till oil comes on top, add 1 cup water for gravy, cover and cook till chicken tender, lastly add fresh coriander.
