Exhaust fume leak likely cause of crash that killed six

A coroner has found the pilot of a seaplane that crashed north of Sydney was impaired by engine fumes leaking into the cabin. The tragedy resulted in six deaths in 2017. The company that provided maintenance of the aircraft has been scrutinised.
