Martin Lewis has warned that households could be paying more for their energy bills this winter compared to last year.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, the MoneySavingExpert founder used a graph to illustrate his predictions of how much bills could rise and fall over the course of the year.

‘If these predictions are right, and it’s somewhat crystal ball gazing, you will be paying more next winter than you did last winter,” Lewis explained.
