Butt Karahi | Restaurant Style Butt Karahi | Easy Special Butt Karahi Recipe


BUTT KARAHI WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
• Mutton or beef ½ kilo
• Tomatoes 2-3
• Yogurt ¼ cup
• Corriander Powder 1 tsp
• All Spice Powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic water as required
• Button chillies 4-5
• Ginger julienne as required to garnish
• Onion 1
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Method :
in a pressure cooker add in tomatoes, meat, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic water 1\2 cup, mix well. cover the lid and cook for 12 mins.
Remove skins of tomatoes, high flame is must. Dry the water, add in butter 2 tsp, coriander 1 tsp, black pepper 1 tsp, oil 4 tbsp, add in ghee if needed. Saute well. add yogurt, again saute well, once the oil seperates add button chillies, mix well again, turn off the flame. Transfer into serving dish. Garnish with ginger, coriander, lemon roundals. Serve hot with nan or kulcha.
