A federal judge ruled that the U.S. Virgin Islands can serve a subpoena for Elon Musk to his electric car company Tesla. The Virgin Islands is suing JPMorgan for allegedly benefiting from Epstein's sex trafficking activities, as he had been a bank customer. The subpoena demands documents related to Epstein and JPMorgan and any communication involving Musk, JPMorgan, and Epstein. The USVI had difficulty serving Musk personally with the subpoena, but the judge authorized an alternative service method through Tesla's registered agent.
