These two dogs, Cara and Marshall Melo, were outside to use the potty when they spotted a mysterious grocery bag. The bag piqued their interest as it kept moving on its own. However, they were more terrified than intrigued as every time they approached the bag, it got blown away by the wind, making them jump in terror.
