Ingredients : - 1 Tbsp of Plum Puree - 1 Tbsp of Tamarind Puree - 2 Tsp of Sugar - 1 Tsp of Chaat Masala - Water (as per required) - 3-4 Ice Cubes
Instructions: - In a blender, add 1 tablespoon of plum puree - Add 1 tablespoon of tamarind puree to the blender. - Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sugar into the blender. - Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to the other ingredients in the blender. - Pour water into the blender as per your desired consistency. Start with about 1/2 to 1 cup of water, and you can adjust later if needed. - Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture. - Taste the sharbat and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more sugar or tamarind puree if desired. - Fill glasses with the sharbat Serve the Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat cold and enjoy!
