00:02 Hey guys, so today's makeup tutorial
00:21 is on this look right here.
00:22 It's like the most simplest look ever.
00:27 I mainly wanted to do this video because
00:30 I used the Maybelline Dream Bronze BB Cream.
00:34 This product is like pretty new
00:36 and I decided to take inspiration from it.
00:38 So I did like a very tanned skin bronzy makeup.
00:43 Actually pretty tan, I have like a fresh tan on.
00:46 I don't know if my lights are showing that.
00:48 I mainly wanted to focus this tutorial on the face,
00:51 like a very bronzed, glowy face.
00:54 So the eyes are very, very simple, very basic.
00:57 I'm actually going to talk about this a little bit more
01:00 at the end of the video.

01:09 Okay, so I'm a fool and I didn't show you guys
01:13 what I'm mixing or what I'm using.
01:17 But I mixed the Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream
01:21 in with the Maybelline Dream Bronze BB Cream,
01:24 like I showed you earlier.
01:25 I mixed those two together because the bronze one on its own
01:28 is a little bit too bronze.
01:30 So I wanted to mix in one with like more of a flesh tone
01:33 or one closer to my face.
01:35 And then I realized in this clip
01:37 that I didn't put on primer, but that's okay.
01:40 This kind of works as a primer and a BB cream all in one.
01:45 Look at that glow, girl, look at that glow.
01:48 This is some intense bronziness, I like it.
01:51 So yeah, here I am showing you the two things that I mixed.

01:57 I'm taking the NYX HD Concealer in the shade beige
02:00 and I'm applying this underneath my eyes
02:02 to kind of highlight and cover up my dark circles as well.
02:06 I'm applying that to my eyes as well
02:08 to kind of use it as a primer or an eyeshadow base.
02:11 I'm highlighting other parts of my face too,
02:14 kind of like I always do.
02:15 Then I'm gonna take this Dream Lumi Concealer
02:19 and I'm gonna apply that all over the areas
02:21 that I applied that concealer
02:22 because that concealer is kind of thick.
02:24 So applying this on top not only helps highlight,
02:26 but it kind of makes it easier
02:28 to blend out that NYX concealer.
02:31 And of course, blending that
02:36 with my favorite concealer blending brush.
02:39 This is the Sedona Lace 217.
02:41 (gentle music)
02:44 Now I'm gonna take the Maybelline Fit Me Powder
03:07 in 135 Creamy Natural.
03:09 I cannot find 135 anywhere.
03:11 I hope they didn't discontinue it
03:13 'cause it's my favorite setting powder
03:14 for under the eyes from the drugstore
03:16 and if they discontinued it, I'll be very sad.
03:18 So yes, I'm just using that.
03:20 Then I'm gonna take this Bourjois Bronzing Primer.
03:22 It's amazing, look at it, it's beautiful.
03:24 It's very similar to this Chanel,
03:26 Soleil Tende Chanel, whatever that's called.
03:28 It's very similar.
03:29 It's just like a moussey consistency
03:31 and it's a nice warm bronzy color.
03:33 So I'm using my Real Techniques Sculpting Brush
03:36 to just bronze up my face.
03:38 I'm not trying to do any harsh contouring
03:40 since this is a warmer bronzer.
03:42 I'm just giving myself more of a tan,
03:44 you know, more warminess, yeah.
03:47 This is a Stila blush.
03:57 What is this called, what is this called,
03:58 what is this called?
04:00 This is the Aqua Glow Watercolor Blush
04:04 and this is in the shade Shimmering Lotus.
04:06 I like to apply it on the back of my hand first
04:08 'cause it can get a little tense
04:10 and then apply it to my cheeks.
04:11 This is basically like a liquid blush.
04:14 It's not even a cream, it's like a pure liquidy blush.
04:17 It's kind of awesome, I really like it.
04:18 It's really pretty if you get used to like,
04:21 you have to get used to blending it out
04:23 since it's so weird 'cause it's like a liquid, I don't know.
04:25 This is the Milani Bronzer in the shade Glow.
04:28 I use this more kind of like a warm blush
04:32 because it's a bronzer but it has a little bit of pink to it
04:35 and it's very shimmery.
04:36 It's actually really, really pretty,
04:38 especially in the summertime.
04:40 I'm gonna move on to my eyes.
04:41 I wanna keep it very, very simple
04:43 so I'm using the ColourPop eyeshadow in the shade Glow.
04:46 It's a nice like vanilla shade.
04:49 I'm using this to highlight underneath my brow bone
04:52 using a Morphe brush.
04:55 Not sure what that one's called.
04:56 I think it's the E14 maybe.
04:58 I'm also applying that in my tear duct area as well.
05:04 Then I'm gonna take the shade Cornelius.
05:05 By the way, both of these eyeshadows
05:08 are from my collab with ColourPop,
05:10 the Where the Light is squad.
05:13 So yeah, I'm taking Cornelius
05:14 and I'm applying this to my entire lid.
05:17 I'm dragging that underneath my lower lash line as well.
05:28 This is a very, very natural color
05:30 but like I said, I wanted to keep it very, very simple.
05:33 I'm gonna take a fluffy brush,
05:35 dip it right back into Cornelius
05:36 and then apply this to my crease
05:38 to kind of diffuse the look and just bring it up higher.
05:41 I'm gonna take this Milani Bella eyeshadow
05:52 in the shade Bella Chiffon.
05:54 It's such a stunning like white gold
05:57 and I'm applying this in my inner tear duct
05:59 since everything else is so matte.
06:00 I want a very bright inner corner.
06:03 Then I'm gonna take this, what's this called?
06:06 Oh, the Kat Von D ink liner.
06:09 I believe this is in the shade,
06:12 actually I have it here, let me check.
06:14 This is in the shade Hemingway.
06:18 So I'm applying this really, really close to my lash line
06:21 as if I was going to wing it out
06:23 but I actually don't wing it out.
06:24 I just create a line and I like it 'cause it's brown,
06:27 it's not as harsh.
06:28 And then I'm going to apply two coats
06:31 of my L'Oreal Telescopic mascara
06:34 and I also applied that to my bottom lashes.
06:36 For my lips, I'm keeping it very, very simple.
06:38 I'm just using the Anastasia lip gloss
06:41 in the shade Undressed
06:42 and that's all I'm doing for my lips.
06:45 So yeah, now if you want to see a mini review

06:58 I didn't wanna do a whole separate review on this
06:59 since I have that CoverGirl foundation review up
07:03 and I don't want to review so much.
07:06 I like this product.
07:07 This is the second time I used it.
07:09 The first time I used it completely by itself
07:12 and it wasn't my favorite because it's dark.
07:16 I have the one for light to medium skin tones
07:18 and it's like a medium.
07:22 I wouldn't say it's for light to medium.
07:24 If you are super fair, I recommend using this as a bronzer,
07:27 like as a cream bronzer or you can use this mixed in
07:31 which is how I like to use it.
07:32 And if you are really, really dark skinned,
07:34 I think they might have deeper ones.
07:36 So the way that I like to use this is mixed
07:39 with foundations when I'm tan
07:41 because it is a bronzer kind of.
07:43 I like to mix it in.
07:44 Like today I mixed it in with my Dream Pure BB cream
07:47 to get like a more lightweight coverage
07:50 and it works really, really well this way.
07:52 I don't like the original BB cream by Maybelline
07:54 but I like this one, it has salicylic acid
07:56 and it's good, I like it.
07:57 This would be awesome if you want super Jennifer Lopez skin.
08:00 I was gonna say Loez.
08:01 Super Jennifer Lopez skin
08:04 but you have a very, very matte foundation.
08:06 So mixing in a little bit of this
08:08 is just gonna make it really dewy and bronzy.
08:10 I kind of really love that about this.
08:12 I like it to mix.
08:13 By itself, no.
08:15 You could also use this like on top of your foundation
08:18 just to kind of like bronze up the skin,
08:20 like a liquid bronzer.
08:21 So I really like this idea.
08:24 I actually kind of love it.
08:25 I think it's really good.
08:26 I've only used it twice but I'm playing around with it
08:28 and I really like how it's been working for me.
08:30 So I highly recommend it only if you have
08:33 normal to dry skin.
08:34 Oily skin, stay away from this
08:35 unless you're using it in certain areas as bronzer.
08:38 So yeah, that is my quick little mini review.
