Those who have money in their house and not in bank are worried: Kaushal Kishore on withdrawal of 2000 rupee note

Minister of States for Housing and Urban Affairs of India, Kaushal Kishore on May 21, welcomed the decision of RBI to withdraw 2000 rupee notes. He also said that people who have money in their house and not in the bank, only they are worried.While speaking to ANI, Kaushal Kishore said, “Today also, common people celebrate 2000 Rupees notes. The note started vanishing from the market, so it is being dumped somewhere, it is not being taken back in the bank and in RBI. Therefore, RBI decided that 2000 rupees notes are not coming back in the bank. So, that money laundering does not happen RBI took this decision and we welcome this decision. People who has money at the house and not in the bank, only they are worried.”
