00:02 - Hey guys, it's me, Oceanne, and ignore my hair.
00:11 It looks kind of weird because I've never really
00:14 experimented with my short hair,
00:16 and I tried to sleep with braids tonight
00:18 to see what would happen, and honestly,
00:20 I'm not sure how I feel about the result.
00:23 Like, it doesn't look that bad,
00:25 but it looks really weird, I don't know.
00:26 My last video was high school themed,
00:28 and a lot of you guys are in middle school,
00:30 so a lot of you guys asked me to do
00:31 a middle school themed video,
00:33 and I couldn't do the same video
00:34 because I haven't been to middle school.
00:37 Elementary school ends in sixth grade,
00:39 and high school starts in seventh grade,
00:41 so I don't know what middle school is like,
00:44 and I can't tell you what people
00:46 you will meet in middle school.
00:47 So today I'm going to be doing a middle school makeup,
00:49 and it's just a very natural look
00:52 because that's the age where you're gonna want
00:54 to start experimenting with makeup and everything,
00:56 but it's important to go a bit natural around that age
01:00 because you don't want to look like one of those contestants
01:03 on Toddlers and Tiaras, or like some 2008
01:06 wannabe scene kid, like, that's over.
01:09 So this is just a very natural look
01:10 that you can pull off even when you're
01:13 at a really young age.
01:14 All right, so I'm going to show you guys how to do it.
01:17 All right, so first I'm going to be taking
01:18 my NYX jumbo pencil in Milk,
01:22 and this is what it looks like,
01:23 and I'm just going to apply it on both of my eyes
01:27 and just blend everything with my ring finger.
01:30 It's basically a tinted primer,
01:33 so you're going to have a white base
01:35 and your eyes will be primed at the same time,
01:38 so that will be great.
01:40 Now I'm taking this little eyeshadow from Sephora,
01:42 and it's in peach, and it's just a very natural color,
01:46 and I'm just going to put this all over my eyelid.
01:48 (upbeat music)
01:51 For the eyeliner, I'm just going to be using
01:56 a brown eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush
01:58 because it will be a lot easier to apply
02:01 than some liquid eyeliner or just some pencil eyeliner,
02:04 and you don't want to look like a raccoon.
02:06 (upbeat music)
02:09 This will easily make your eyes pop
02:15 without looking too edgy for your age.
02:17 If you want to, you can put a little bit under your eye too.

02:23 Now I'm just going to be using this small concealer
02:28 because let's get real, everyone can get some dark circles.
02:32 It's not an age thing, so I'm just going to be applying it
02:36 under my eye, and I'm going to be blending this
02:39 with my ring finger once again.

02:45 Now for the mascara, you can use whatever mascara you want.
02:48 Big eyelashes look awesome on everyone,
02:51 so if you like that, you can do it,
02:53 but if you prefer having more natural lashes,
02:55 you can do that too, it's up to you.
02:57 I'm going to be using Dear Real by Benefit,
03:00 and first I'm just going to curl my eyelashes
03:03 for a couple of seconds.
03:04 I personally love having mascara on my bottom lashes,
03:09 but if you don't, that's okay.

03:16 I'm not going to fill in my eyebrows
03:18 because dark eyebrows make you look a lot older,
03:20 but you still want them to be clean and look good,
03:24 so I'm just going to be using this clear gel
03:26 just to put them in place.

03:30 For your cheeks, if you want, you can use a little bit
03:36 of blush because it's cute, okay?
03:39 I'm using the Benetint liquid blush,
03:42 and I like this one because it gives you
03:45 like a very, very rosy glow,
03:46 but it still looks pretty natural,
03:48 and your face doesn't scream like,
03:49 "Wow, I use so much blush, oh my God."
03:52 So I'm just going to take it,
03:53 kind of looks like nail polish, but it's a lot more liquid,
03:56 and I'm just going to be doing three little dots
03:59 and blending it with my fingers.
04:01 As you can see, it looks a lot more pink,
04:03 but it still looks natural.
04:04 For your lips, I would recommend just using
04:09 a tinted lip balm.
04:10 I'm going to be using my Baby Lips in Pink Punch,
04:13 and the color is just a very bright pink,
04:16 and it looks very soft.
