00:03 Today we are going to make some Indian style pasta or macaroni.
00:07 So let us start making it.
00:08 So we are going to start off by boiling some water and we are going to add in the salt

00:20 Next step we are going to add in some oil to it.
00:24 So here I am using some canola oil, about a tablespoon or so.
00:29 So now to the boiling water we are going to add the macaroni in.
00:31 So here I have one and half cups of macaroni.

00:35 And we are going to boil it until it is well cooked.

00:58 So for the pasta let us heat up a wok and we are going to add in Hudson canola oil.
01:02 Now canola oil is very high in Omega 3 and Vitamin E which is very good for brain and

01:09 So about 2 to 3 tablespoons of this Hudson canola oil.
01:16 Once the oil is hot we are going to add in about a teaspoon of cumin seeds.
01:23 Cumin seeds goes in about a teaspoon of ginger chopped, a little bit of garlic, totally

01:38 Once it is slightly cooked I am going to add in some onions to it.
01:57 Once the onions have gone a little translucent we are going to add in tomatoes.
01:58 Generally the ratio is 1 to 2 for the onions and tomatoes.

02:25 So now we are going to cook it until the tomatoes are a little bit mushy.

02:30 So here I have about half a cup of mixed veggies.
02:32 As this is going to be for kids so you can add a lot of veggies into it.
02:36 So here I have some mixed vegetables, carrots, french beans and cauliflower.
02:40 Now I am going to cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
02:48 Feel free to add some peas, corn or any other vegetable that you wish for.

02:57 You can skip it totally if your kids do not like red chilli paste.

03:05 Let's make it a little bit faster by adding about 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to it.
03:06 About half a teaspoon of red chilli powder and just a touch of garam masala.
