Contra-flow lanes will be implemented at three specific locations in Kuala Lumpur from July 3 to ease traffic congestion, says Anthony Loke.

The Transport Minister told a press conference that after a traffic congestion technical committee meeting on Friday (May 19), and acknowledged that these measures were a short-term fix.
