This is the moment a fire surround fell off a wall causing at least $15,000 worth of damage and a minor injury.
In-home security camera footage caught the incident in which a family in their living room were shocked when their fire surround fell off the wall.
The Loomis family from Owego, New York State, USA were sitting in their living room when the incident occurred, causing dad Phillip, 43, minor bruising and a neck injury.
Wife Stacia, 37, was in the room with son Joshua, 18, as Phillip walked in and suffered the injury by chance.
Stacia said: "It broke our wooden floor, along with the support beam underneath causing damage downstairs.
"It also broke our new 65-inch 4k television, our custom couch and our fireplace.
