Anna Express is an authentic South Indian food truck that was started by Pradeep Surin, a former journalist. The food truck is located in Noida Extension, which is a residential area in the outskirts of Delhi, India. The food truck specializes in serving a variety of dishes from South India, including dosas, idlis, vadas, and uttapams.
Pradeep Surin started Anna Express Food Truck in 2023 with the aim of bringing authentic South Indian cuisine to the people of Delhi-NCR region. The food truck has gained popularity over the months and has become a go-to place for people who crave authentic South Indian food in the area.
About Pradeep Surin

Having more than 20+ years of experience in active journalism, Pradeep Surin has worked in all major mediums of media, including Internet, Web, Mobile news platforms, TV news channel, newspaper and Radio. He has been associated with CNN-IBN, News-X, and Dainik Bhaskar, Ali Baba and Koo to name a few.
Pradeep, an individual with varied interests, was a facilitator for UNICEF in training journalists in public health reporting, and was a lead mentor with the Thomson Reuters Foundation in drafting Critical Appraisal Skills course for health journalists. A pilot of this course was rolled out to a select group of students at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication at New Delhi in 2015.
