SpaceX Crew-5 Dragon Trunk Created A Spectacular Fireball During Re-Entry

A fireball was spotted by several skywatchers in the United States on April 27, 2023 and reported to the American Meteor Society (AMS). The fireworks were created by the re-entry of SpaceX's Crew-5 Dragon's trunk that was jettisoned prior to the spacecraft's return to Earth.
