Community health organisations call for supervised room

Community health organisations have renewed calls for a supervised injecting room in Melbourne’s CBD, saying drug use in the city is on the rise. The calls come as former top cop ken lay takes submissions for a review into the city's proposed second facility, with community consultation to close next week.
