The government will move to cancel the passport of embattled Congressman Arnie Teves after he is charged in court.

The Justice department says Teves is now in the radar of the Interpol to track his location as he continues to evade authorities.

And the House leadership appeals to the suspended lawmaker to return home or face more sanctions.
