For Naan Dough, take a big steel parat, and put Hot Milk, Curd, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Oil & White Flour/Maida in it. Mix well & bind the soft dough. Cover with a wet cloth & keep the dough aside for half an hour. For Masala, take a mortar pestle & put some Dry Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds & Cumin Seeds & then coarsely crush them. take them out on a plate & mix some crushed Red Chilli. For Filling, take a bowl, put boiled & grated

Potato, finely chopped Green Chilli, Salt to taste, Crushed Red Chilli, Dried Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder & Coriander Leaves in it. Mix them all & make the balls.

For Naan, dust some All Purpose Flour on the Kitchen Platform and Roll it. Then put the filling on it & fold it. Then fold it again in a round shape. Spread it & roll with the rolling pin. In the same way, make all the Naans. Put some salted Water on naan tawa to set it.

At last, apply Water to the backside of the Naan & cook the Naan. Then cook it on the direct flame as shown in the video. Apply some Ghee to it and serve the Crispy Tandoori Layered Naan with Tasty Tadka Dal with Green Salad.

For Naan:

* Hot Milk (f) - 1/2 Cup

Curd() 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder (fl-ft) - 1 Tsp

Salt (4) - 1/2 Tsp

* Baking Powder (135) - 1/2 Tsp

* Baking Soda(af) - 1/4 Tsp

* Oil(a) - 2 Tbsp

* White Flour/Maida(AT) - 1+1/4 Cup

For Masala:

* Coriander Seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 Tbsp

* Cumin Seeds(R) -1/2 Tsp * Fennel Seeds() - 1 Tbsp

* Crushed Red Chilli ( कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च ) - 1 Tbsp

For Filling:

* Potato(3) - 4 Boiled & Grated

* Green Chili(A)-3-4

Salt (H) As Per Taste

* Crushed Red Chilli(gl) - 1/2 Tsp * Dried Mango Powder (435) - 1 Tsp

* Roasted Cumin Powder ( भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp

*Coriander Leaves (ч) - Some
