Plasterer turns massage therapy
  • last year
Richard Kirk (43) from Cowplain, was a plasterer for 25 years of his life before he became seriously unwell and nearly died. He had a cardiac arrest twice, had pneumonia and sepsis whilst in hospital and the sepsis was so bad that he lost his sight and he now only sees shadows. He has gone to the City of Portsmouth College to get a qualification in massage therapy and he is hoping to set up his own business when he finishes his course in the summer.
