Woman faces back-breaking consequence of not putting hair into bun while squatting

Justeen Logan has shared gnarly footage of her hair-endous gym session from April 6, 2023.
The video starts with Justeen doing barbell squats, not knowing that she'd be falling victim to a snap as ruthless as Thanos' at the end of Infinity War.
"Long story short, my hair got caught in a bar, which pulled me down and over," she told WooGlobe. "The bar ended up scraping my back."
This fail taught Justeen a lesson that she wants all gym girls to take note of.
"Girls - wear your hair in a bun while squatting," she commented.
