US F-16 fighter jet crashed in South Korea
According to the American media, the incident happened on Saturday in which the American F-16 fighter jet on a training flight crashed near a major American military base in South Korea. The US military also confirmed that the plane was belonging to the 8th Fighter Wing, which crashed in the fields near Osan Airbase at around 10 am on Saturday morning.
As a result of the plane crash, the pilot safely ejected from the plane and has been transferred to a local medical center, while no casualties were reported as a result of the crash. South Korean officials say that local rescue officials reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported and fire officials extinguished the fire on the plane.
