00:17 Hi everyone, this is Janie K, Korean Love Beauty with Drama Fever.
00:21 Spirit things.
00:23 So I am back with Janie's tips and tricks for season 2.
00:27 And I don't even know if you guys realized that I was gone.
00:31 [Crickets]
00:33 So my eye surgery went well and I could see I am free from glasses and contacts and I'm so excited.
00:42 So for today's episode, I will show you how to achieve the Korean gradient lip look.
00:47 And you probably already know the popular drama, Boys Over Flowers.
00:51 The character, Geum Jan-Di was famous for that,
00:54 "Hey, I just bent my lips from stressing because I don't know which hot guy to choose from and wow, that's the best problem to have."
01:00 So first, you just want to moisturize your crusty lips.
01:04 And then just grab any concealer or nude lipstick or even a foundation and just dot it on the outer part of your lips.
01:13 Then you can just blend it outward with a sponge or a clean finger.
01:19 And just make sure you aren't eating like fried chicken or anything beforehand. Just make sure it's clean.
01:25 Next, get a light pink lip tint and just dot it in the center part of your lips.
01:30 And just blend that lip tint with your ring finger and once again, blend it outward.
01:38 Finally, get a cherry red lip tint and just place that in the very center of your lips.
01:45 And you can just blend it in a way to get that gradient look.
01:49 And if you want to, you can just put a clear gloss over it, but you don't have to if you don't want to.
01:55 And yep, it's so simple that a newborn baby can do.
01:59 Anyway, thank you guys so much for watching and if you are interested,
02:04 I have a huge Korean makeup haul video that I just uploaded on my channel,
