‍♂ Stage 6: NAPOLI - NAPOLI

The entire stage is wavy and winding, with countless bends and undulations. At first, the route takes a loop around the Vesuvius mostly on urban roads, with a few obstacles along the way as the route crosses some town centres, and three level crossings. After negotiating the Valico di Chiunzi, the route reaches the shoreline and follows the Amalfi coast all the way to Sorrento. The stage finale is played out entirely on city roads, passing through several urban areas. The roads are well surfaced, with long drags on moderately good porphyry stone. The stage finale in urban Naples is on wide tarmac roads.

Final kilometres ‍♀️
In the last 3 km, the route rises slightly on stone‑paved road, with few bends, and then levels out over the final 2 km, up to Via Caracciolo. The home straight (900 m) is on 9 m wide tarmac.

Tappa molto mossa e articolata nell’intero percorso caratterizzata da numerosissime curve e saliscendi. Prima parte ad anello attorno al Vesuvio quasi ininterrottamente su strade cittadine con alcuni attraversamenti con ostacoli e tre passaggi a livello. Si scala in seguito il Valico di Chiunzi per scendere sulla costiera Amalfitana che viene percorsa fino a Sorrento. Segue un tratto finale interamente cittadino in un susseguirsi di centri abitati senza soluzione di continuità. Fondo stradale buono con lunghi tratti di pavé in porfido in stato discreto. Finale nella città di Napoli su strade ampie e asfaltate.

Ultimi km ‍♀️
Ultimi 3 km con poche curve e una leggera salita su basolato seguita da 2 km perfettamente pianeggianti fino a via Caracciolo. Rettilineo d’arrivo di 900 m su asfalto largo 9 m.
