00:00 To start off, I have already primed my lid and I'm going to go ahead with this medium
00:08 brown shade and apply this with a fluffy brush throughout the crease using back and forth

00:18 And then with a pencil brush I'm going in with this deep matte brown and I'm going to
00:22 start off at the lower lash line and work my way up to begin to define the outer V area.
00:27 This doesn't have to be super clean and precise, you just want to go ahead and get some definition
00:32 in the outer corner of your eye.
00:36 And then once you've got the color as dark as you want it, you can go ahead and start
00:40 to blend the color out, just pushing the color upwards to get a nice gradual blend.
00:46 And once you've blended as much as you want, you're going to go ahead and smudge down the
00:50 lower lash line.
00:51 Now you can go ahead and clean up any harsh edges with the same fluffy brush from before.
01:00 And I'm taking a flat eyeshadow brush in this pearly beige color and I'm patting this onto
01:04 the inner portion of the lid, extending down into the inner tear duct area just to add
01:11 a little bit more highlight.
01:14 And then once you get to where the dark brown starts, you just want to work the colors together
01:19 so it blends nicely.
01:22 And I'm also taking that same pearly beige underneath my brow to highlight.
01:27 Now I'm going in with a black eyeliner and I'm working this just in the outer portion
01:32 of my waterline and the tightline, just for a little extra definition, a little bit more
01:39 intensity to the look.
01:45 And now I'm taking a small dome brush with the same beige color and I'm just smoking
01:50 that out underneath the eye.
01:52 Now you can do any kind of eyeliner you want, but I'm doing my standard go-to liquid liner
01:57 that I can't get enough of.
01:59 So I'm going to start off at the base of the lashes and I'm just going to extend the wing
02:04 out and drag it back.
02:15 Now for my favorite current mascara obsession, I'm going in with the Makeup Forever Smoky

02:22 This is an amazing mascara for giving volume as well as length, which is perfect for this
02:27 daytime smoky eye look.
