00:09 Today we are going to make Salmon Fish Kebab
00:12 In a new style with Mozzarella Cheese and Butter
00:17 So let's start making it
00:28 First of all, I have taken 700 gm Salmon Fish
00:31 I have washed it well and cleaned it with a fork
00:35 Now I am taking green onion and I am chopping it thickly
00:40 As you can see, I am chopping it thickly
00:43 I am also washing and chopping coriander leaves
00:47 I have taken 3 green chillies and I have chopped them thickly
01:02 I have mixed it with the remaining mixture
01:07 As you can see, mixing is very important to get a good result
01:12 It's totally depend upon you whether you want to work manually or machine

01:34 I have taken 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese and I am chopping it
01:40 Mixing it well will give a good flavor to the Kebab
01:44 And it will also break the Kebab from inside
01:48 As you can see, it's very well chopped
01:52 Let me tell you some specialities of Salmon Fish
01:56 The most speciality of Salmon Fish is that it is full of Omega 3 Fatty Acids
02:02 It is very good for the body and skin
02:06 It has very less bitter taste and it is also very tasty to eat

02:13 Chopping is over, now we will prepare the mixture
02:17 We will prepare the mixture by adding less spices
02:20 I have taken 1 tbsp of Coriander Leaves
02:23 1 tbsp of Salt
02:26 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
02:30 1 tbsp of Fish Masala
02:34 Mixing it well
02:37 Mixing it well will break the spices from inside
02:41 Mixer is ready, now I will set it for 5 minutes and give it a shape
02:54 To give it a shape, I am using a lid or a mould
03:00 There are two ways to give it a shape
03:04 Either you can use a mould or you can use your hands
03:10 It is your choice how you want to give it a shape
03:14 If you are using a mould, then grease it with oil
03:19 Then you can add the mixture inside and give it a shape

03:44 Now I will fry it

03:59 After coating, I have added the butter chunks inside the pan

04:10 The kebabs are frying very well and the aroma of butter is coming out
04:17 If you have homemade butter, then you can use that
04:21 The aroma of butter and cheese will give it a unique taste

04:36 If you want to use it for further kebabs, then you can store it in the freezer

04:48 If you have made a fresh paste, then you can set it for 5 minutes and then shape it
