Power interruptions of up to 12 hours hit many parts of Panay Island over the weekend. While electricity is back in some areas, there's no word yet from the National Grid Corporation on what caused the power outage.
In Occidental Mindoro, residents want an assurance that the 20-hour daily power outages will not happen again.
