Speaking on Karnataka Assembly elections 2023 scheduled on May 10, Congress General Secretary in-charge Communications Jairam Ramesh on May 1 said that BJP itself has not done any work for development in the state, however, Congress wants to show what it promised, it delivered in other state and shall do so in Karnataka too. He said, “BJP promised a lot but what has their government actually done? Everyone knows BJP with the name ‘44 pc govt’. We have prepared various programs for women, SC/ST, youth in Karnataka and named it ‘Guarantee’. Such a name is given for people to understand that the work promised will actually be delivered.”
