Nurses union to ballot for more strike action

The Royal College of Nursing is to press ahead with strike action over the bank holiday weekend, and could ballot for more strikes having voted against a pay deal which had been accepted by other unions. General Secretary Pat Cullen says the deal does not address the issues of staff recruitment and retention affecting the health service.
