The closure of West Street, Farnham, for a water pipe upgrade by South East Water has had dire consequences for the town – with traffic ground to a halt in Farnham town centre and key roads in and out of the time gridlocked for much of the day as a result. On Wednesday, Herald reporter Daniel Gee took a walk through the town centre and recorded this video.
