Dennis Hogger (83) the Lollipop man is a popular figure in Hilsea and has been campaigning for nine years to get a safety sign put up for his crossings in Doyle Avenue. After the help of Cllr. Russell Simpson, independent for Hilsea ward the sign is finally in place.
