Karnataka Polls 2023: BJP’s Star Campaigner PM Modi all set for Mega election campaign in state

As Karnataka goes to polls on May 10, BJP has decided to throw all its efforts into the election campaign to retain power for 2nd consecutive term. Now BJP is all set for the Mega election campaign in Karnataka, with ‘star campaigner’ PM Modi leading the show.

PM Modi will be visiting Karnataka on April 29, covering Northern region including Belagavi Chikodi, Kittur, and Kudachi. PM is going to start his campaign from Belagavi, one of the biggest districts of Karnataka on April 29. He is also scheduled to visit the state on April 30 and May 03, details of which are yet to be shared. Apart from PM Modi, HM Amit Shah will be on a 3-day visit to Karnataka from April 23-25. Shah is scheduled to hold rallies in several districts including Chamarajanagar, Hassan, Bagalkot, Bijapur and Yadgir. He is also scheduled to visit Chamundeshwari Devi, Teradal temples and address several public gatherings in these districts.

Similarly, BJP National President JP Nadda will visit Karnataka from April 24-26 on a 3-day visit. Nadda will participate in a road show in Sidlaghatta, Chikkaballapura district along with addressing several public gatherings. Several other Union Ministers and CMs of BJP-ruling states are also lined up for visiting Karnataka and campaign for the party.

The Election Commission of India on March 29 announced the schedule for the Karnataka Assembly election. The voting would take place in a single phase on May 10, and the counting of votes will be done on May 13.
