Four people are feared trapped after an under-construction cold storage building collapsed in Bulandshahr, UP, on April 23.

The district administration, in collaboration with NDRF, launched a search and rescue operation.

Till now, one person has been rescued, while rescue operations for the other three is underway. More details are awaited.
