A compulsive need to shop led to crippling debts of over RM100,000 and drove a mother to the brink.
MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong, who organised the press conference to highlight the issue on Wednesday (April 20), said that the woman is still being treated in the hospital and hoped that she recovers soon.
