The President of Ri Bhoi Tourism and Environmental Development Forum (RBTEDF), Plielad Tiewsoh, reported on Tuesday that unknown miscreants had set fire to around two thousand bamboo seedlings planted in the forest at Umskun village in the Ri Bhoi District.
